We are now looking for an Onsite Technician on an as-needed basis for one of our larger clients in Södertälje – a role that is perfect to combine with studies.

As an Onsite Technician, you will work on-site at the client’s location and assist users with their IT needs in everyday life. You will step in as needed, for example during absences or when the workload is higher – perfect if you want a flexible job that doesn’t clash with exam periods.

You will receive a proper introduction and work according to clear routines, so previous work experience is advantageous but not a requirement.

• Install and troubleshoot computers, software, and peripherals
• Assist users with IT-related questions on-site
• Manage mobile phones and IT accessories
• Ensure conference rooms and AV equipment are functional before meetings
• Basic “smart hands” tasks
• Basic inventory and equipment management

• IT student or studying technology/related field (or have another main occupation)
• Curious about IT support and eager to learn more in practice
• Service-oriented and enjoy helping people
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable following instructions and working independently
